AdComp Systems, Inc. is a government technology company that partners with local governments to manage and optimize services and payments through customizable solutions. With over 30 years of experience, and delivering across web, mobile kiosks, IVR, POS, and test alerts, the company provides a strategy for courts, permits, taxes, parking, etc. AdComp Systems, Inc. uses workflows, simplifies payments, and improves accessibility to ensure efficient operations for governments and residents.

We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Notice describes AdComp Systems, Inc.’s policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information

AdComp Systems, Inc. collects personal information about end users through its partners. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to:

We use this information to provide prospects and customers with services.

Use of the AdComp Systems, Inc. Website

Data storage and retention

Your personal data is stored by AdComp Systems, Inc. on its servers and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services that AdComp Systems, Inc. engages, located in the United States. The AdComp Systems, Inc. retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the AdComp Systems, Inc. and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for AdComp Systems, Inc.’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with AdComp Systems, Inc.’s services. AdComp Systems, Inc. retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from AdComp Systems, Inc. systems. All personal data that AdComp Systems, Inc. controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents. Children’s data

We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.

Responsible Disclosure Policy

Data security is a top priority for AdComp Systems, Inc., and AdComp Systems, Inc. believes that working with skilled security researchers can identify weaknesses in any technology.

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in AdComp Systems, Inc.’s service, please notify us at security@adcompsystems.com; we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Disclosure Policy

  • If you believe you’ve discovered a potential vulnerability, please let us know by emailing us at security@adcompsystems.com. We will acknowledge your email promptly.
  • Provide us with a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue before disclosing it to the public or a third party.
  • Make a good faith effort to avoid violating privacy, destroying data, or interrupting or degrading the AdComp Systems, Inc. service. Please only interact with accounts you own or for which you have explicit permission from the account holder.

Exclusions

While researching, we’d like you to refrain from:

  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)
  • Spamming
  • Social engineering or phishing of AdComp Systems, Inc. employees or contractors
  • Any attacks against AdComp Systems, Inc.’s physical property or data centers
